Reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window.
Late cancellations
Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a trip fee if the crew has already been routed to your property.
Weather cancellations
If we cancel for weather or safety, you are never charged. We reschedule to the next available window.
Recurring services
Pause or cancel a recurring plan at any time before the next scheduled visit.
